È da un po’ che non parliamo del grafico dell’Euribor, e l’occasione è buona per tornare sull’argomento dato che il tasso Euribor a 3 mesi (usato come base per molti mutui) sta superando la “barriera” dell’1,00%, dopo mesi in cui è stato ben sotto a questo valore.
La cosa sta generando qualche preoccupazione in qualcuno che ha da poco sottoscritto un mutuo, dato che si profila un aumento della rata. Va però evidenziato che il valore attuale dell’Euribor è un record dato che valori tanto bassi storicamente non si sono registrati prima della crisi, e quindi vanno considerati (come abbiamo evidenziato più volte) come sostanzialmente anomali.
